E is for.........Exchange!

Finally, after a long time coming, we have exchanged contracts. Unfortunately there's still a bit of waiting time as we don't complete until early June, but I suppose it gives us plenty of time to look at lots of house stuff! 

Who knew paint samples could make my heart flip!!

We're going over tonight to have another look at the property and do some measuring up and get work estimates from a builder. I have a hankering for a butler sink so I hope it won't be too expensive to replace the current sink. Fingers crossed!
